These terms govern access to the Momentum Beacon website, research, member features, and paid subscriptions when offered. By using the site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Research and investment risk
Momentum Beacon publishes research and educational information about securities, markets, and options. Content is not individualized investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation tailored to you, or an offer to buy or sell a security. You are responsible for your own decisions and should assess your financial circumstances and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Trading and investing can result in loss, including the entire amount invested. Options involve additional risks and may not be suitable for all investors. Setups, targets, scores, examples, and past results do not guarantee future performance. Quotes, levels, dates, and other information can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; verify information independently before acting.
2. Membership, billing, and renewal
When paid subscriptions become available, the checkout page will state the applicable plan, price, billing period, and any promotion before you pay. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next charge. A promotional price applies only for the period and conditions shown at checkout. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide until cancellation.
We may change prices for a future billing period after giving notice as required by applicable law. Taxes, if applicable, are presented at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment information current.
3. Cancellation and no refunds
No Refund Policy: Subscription payments are nonrefundable once charged. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for unused time, including if you cancel during a monthly or yearly term, stop using the service, or lose access because you violated these terms, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
When subscriptions are active, you may cancel before your next renewal through the account or billing controls provided at checkout. We will make the cancellation method available before accepting paid subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the end of the period already paid for. Canceling does not reverse an earlier charge. Any legally required cancellation or refund rights still apply.
4. Accounts and permitted use
A paid membership is for the subscriber's own use. Keep your login details secure. Do not share credentials, resell access, scrape or systematically copy content, republish member research, or use the service to solicit other members without written permission. You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its operation or other members' access.
If a chat room is enabled, do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringing content; disclose relevant financial interests when discussing an idea. We may remove content or suspend access for violations. The availability of a chat room on a plan description does not make individual member posts advice from Momentum Beacon.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, research, graphics, and other original materials belong to Momentum Beacon or its licensors. A subscription grants a limited, personal, nontransferable right to view the content during an active access period. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, or make derivative products from the content without written consent.
6. Availability, third parties, and warranties
We may update, correct, or discontinue features and research. External links and third-party services have their own terms and practices. The site and content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, completeness, any market outcome, or fitness for a particular investment purpose.
7. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Momentum Beacon is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or investment losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and notice when required. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

The Beacon contact page will provide a message channel before paid subscriptions launch.
